Diffusion Complexity Mapping

Welcome to the Diffusion Complexity Mapping!
This 3D Slicer extension was designed to assist users in processing Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) for the Diffusion Complexity mapping (dc).
The full documentation of the usage, implementation and updates in the dc map is given in this repository and posted online using a web-based host.
Installation
You can install the Diffusion Complexity extension directly within 3D Slicer using the following methods:
1. Via the 3D Slicer Extension Manager (Recommended)
- Open 3D Slicer.
- Navigate to the Extension Manager by clicking the blue box icon in the toolbar (or go to
View>Extension Manager). - Click on the Install Extensions tab.
- Use the search bar in the top right and type "Diffusion Complexity".
- Click Install.
- Restart 3D Slicer when prompted to finalize the installation.
2. Via the Web Index
You can also browse the extension details and manual download options at the 3D Slicer Extension Catalog.
Output examples
The Diffusion Complexity extension is a simple way to collect the dc map using a GUI interface. The images below represents some examples in comparison with the classical FA and ADC maps for DTI images:

A ADC map example
A DC map example
Modules

This module is able to reconstruct the Diffusion Complexity map from a standard Diffusion-Weighted MRI imaging acquisition.
